What is Hatha and Vinayasa?

Hatha (force) yoga is an old traditional Indian system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). The practice brings peace to the mind and body, preparing them for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. A hatha class is a relatively gentle holding posture for longer periods of time, focused on alignments and awareness of the breath. Vinyasa (flow) yoga is a modern style yoga based on the practice of classic asanas and the alignment of movement with the breath. Slightly more dynamic than traditional hatha vinyasa is a fun way to dance with your soul and connect back to earth.

Is a very special yoga program for people who have been suffering from chronic pain/issues on the back, shoulders, neck & knees. Using different props like (blocks, bolster, yoga strips, etc) to help to release any pain ( generated for stress, accidents or cognitive disorders like scoliosis) and at the same time strengthening the muscles and joints on the body.
