Are you missing a holistic approach on your practices? Remember yoga is not only postures is going more beyond that. Yoga is a way of life which is not restricted to the yoga mat, is much about healthy thinking and healthy living.
Are you ready to find your happiness?Request More InfoHatha (force) yoga is an old traditional Indian system that includes the practice of asanas (yoga postures) and pranayama (breathing exercises). The practice brings peace to the mind and body, preparing them for deeper spiritual practices such as meditation. A hatha class is a relatively gentle holding posture for longer periods of time, focused on alignments and awareness of the breath. Vinyasa (flow) yoga is a modern style yoga based on the practice of classic asanas and the alignment of movement with the breath. Slightly more dynamic than traditional hatha vinyasa is a fun way to dance with your soul and connect back to earth.

Training with Maricella is fun, challenging and comprehensive. I particularly like her excellent explanations of the poses and techniques which also includes why each is good for you. Not only this, but she shares with us the breathwork, mediation techniques and the power of intention setting. Training is also varied and can be slow with long holds or can be quick and full of energy. At all times she encourages us to understand what our body feels. A first class experience.
Maricela is simply wonderful. I have been having 1:1 yoga lessons with her for several months now and have really been so impressed by her. I have scoliosis, and I suffered a lot last year with sciatic. Since she has been coming to see me (and on Zoom throughout lockdown), I have benefited from an individual programme of exercises, all designed to make me stronger and gradually address the imbalance in my spine. I started running again this year, after a break of many years, and I am convinced that it was the yoga that enabled me to start doing this again. I have felt a real sense of genuine care, and her professionalism throughout this time has been impeccable.
I was very lucky to study, train and attend Marycela’s classes in India. From the beginning she stood up as one of the strongest and most committed students on all our training courses. She loves fitness and she loves yoga. She is the happiest when she can help others doing what she likes and what she is good at. Six years later, I still train often with her via zoom as I haven’t yet found a class that balances mind, body and soul the way Maricela does.
We can work on a safe yoga program that will help you build strength, develop flexibility and mindfulness.
